ČSOB - Decision structure of ICT

Dne 18.12. byla ukončena soutěž s názvem Decision structure of ICT, kterou pořádala společnost ČSOB. Výsledky, které se dostaly do rukou ČSOB, jsou opět exceletní a budou sloužit v budoucnu pro zkvalitnění služeb ČSOB. Ostatně výsledky můžete posoudit sami z dopisu, ve kterém se manažer Jos (původem z Belgie), vyjadřuje o vítězném týmu:

Introduction meeting : clear and to-the-point
Scoping of project : starting from a very detailed document (META unload with additionally 15 fields) towards a representative selection and realistic scope, done by the students themselves ; I can confirm that they were very successful in narrowing their scope till a comprehensive, representative subset without skipping initial project requirements.
Project working :
- weekly steering committee (very informal, focussing on feedback, suggestions, .... also a bit challenging)
- intensive fieldwork, independently done by students in cooperation with Jan Travnicek (my TL Fin. Markets)
- a lot of interviews (with TL and team members) and content discussions
- very well disciplined
Project output :
- only one steering needed in order to get expected final report (content, conclusions, proposals on improvement)
- fully aligned on expectations and requirements
- very open and to-the-point (they formalized/confirmed a reality, which forces me now to optimize a lot of issues asap)
- oral explanation (incl questions/answers) during final project meeting, in addition to the presented slides, was also very well and professional (they couldn't prepare it !)
Team composition : Ok, one real leader and 2 very complementary guys
